Calling Others To Join Collaborative Fund
We are kicking off a search for analysts to join Collaborative Fund as part of a new two-year analyst program. We are hoping to add two new people to the team in the next 60 days, with the goal of adding different perspectives to our existing team.
We believe that the greatest returns (and success) in venture often come from contrarian thinking and the best path to seeing things differently is by surrounding yourself with people with different perspectives. Which is why we’re not necessarily looking for traditional VC candidates for our analyst positions—you don’t need an MBA or a background in VC, consulting or finance to apply.
My partner, Craig, has talked about how he draws inspiration for the our culture from early Collab supporter, Pharrell Williams and his company I AM OTHER. Pharrell describes it as a brand where you can be yourself, celebrate individuality, and attract people who want to be celebrated for their differences. The analysts will work closely with our partners on both sourcing / evaluating new investments and supporting existing investments in the portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about helping founders push the world forward.
